Lily and Vine Creations

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from Lily and Vine Creations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of Products

Lily and Vine Creations specializes in handmade, custom, and personalized items, including but not limited to:

  • Wedding accessories and monograms

  • Religious items, including rosaries

  • Custom gifts and keepsakes

All items are made to order unless otherwise specified.

2. Customization and Personalization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, dates, initials, and design selections.
By submitting an order, you:

  • Confirm that all provided text and details are correct

  • Accept responsibility for any errors submitted

Proofs/mockups may be provided at the Company’s discretion. Approval of proofs constitutes final acceptance.

3. Religious and Specialty Items (Rosaries)

Rosaries and religious items are handcrafted and intended for personal devotional use:

  • They are not guaranteed for heavy wear or mechanical stress

  • Variations in bead color, size, and materials may occur

  • The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

4. Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the complexity and volume of orders. Estimated timelines are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., wedding season, holidays).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Once shipped:

  • The Company is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • Risk of loss transfers upon confirmation of delivery

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

    • The item arrives damaged, or

    • The item differs materially from the approved order

Claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require photo documentation.

7. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within one hour after purchase

  • Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed

8. Product Variations

All products are handmade. Slight variations in:

  • Color

  • Texture

  • Size

  • Design placement

are expected and do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, including monograms, logos, product designs, and images, are the exclusive property of Lily and Vine Creations.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any designs without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lily and Vine Creations shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Losses resulting from misuse of products

  • Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

12. Use of Product Images and Content for Marketing

Lily and Vine Creations reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, and display any custom or non-custom products created for customers for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on:

  • The Company’s website

  • Social media platforms

  • Online portfolios

  • Advertising and marketing materials

By placing an order, you grant Lily and Vine Creations a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use images of the completed product for such purposes.

The Company will make reasonable efforts not to display sensitive personal information; however, personalized details (such as first names, initials, or event dates) may be visible as part of the design.

If a customer wishes to request that their order not be shared publicly, such request must be submitted in writing at the time of purchase. While we will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, we do not guarantee full exclusion unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
