Lily and Vine Creations

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Lily and Vine Creations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Order Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order.

  • Processing times vary depending on the product type, level of customization, and current order volume

  • Estimated processing times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

During peak seasons (including holidays and wedding season), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) selected at the Company’s discretion or as chosen by the customer at checkout.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery and Transit Times

Once an order has shipped:

  • Delivery times are determined by the carrier

  • Lily and Vine Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

5. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

Lily and Vine Creations is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays, misdeliveries, or damages caused by the shipping carrier

If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist when reasonably possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Lily and Vine Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.

7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery

  • Photo documentation of the damage and packaging may be required

We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

8. International Shipping (if applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing

Lily and Vine Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

9. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, if available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status.
