At Lily and Vine Creations, each item—especially our handmade rosaries and unity candles—is crafted with care, love, and attention to detail. Because these products are customized and made to order, all sales are final.
1. Final Sale
All rosaries, unity candles, and other personalized items are final sale. This includes:

Custom rosaries (names, prayer intentions, bead choices, etc.)

Personalized unity candles (names, dates, designs)

Any other handcrafted, customized keepsakes
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of mind or errors in details provided by the customer.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details are correct before ordering. This includes:

Names, initials, and dates

Bead or candle color choices

Specific design requests
By placing an order, you confirm all submitted details are accurate.
3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged during shipping or there is a mistake made by Lily and Vine Creations, we will work with you to resolve the issue. To request a replacement:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photo documentation of the damaged or incorrect item
Once approved, we will send a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
4. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once a rosary or unity candle has been created, cancellation requests may not be accommodated. Contact us immediately if you need to inquire about a cancellation.
